Better Incubation Training Course on Social Enteprise 2021 | Module 3

The third module of the Better Incubation Foundational Training Course on Social Entrepreneurship will take place on 30 September 2021 (10,00-13,00 CET) and will focus on Impact Measurement and Management.

This module aims at offering participants a first introduction to impact measurement and management in order to provide some guidance for BSOs on how to better support social entrepreneurs in defining their impact objectives and in managing their impact with the final objective of maximising it.

The module offers a first orientation to the main frameworks and definitions related to the social impact measurement and management practice. The module has the double objective of

1. supporting incubators and accelerators in improving their capacity to support social entrepreneurs in setting their impact objectives and defining their impact management systems as well as
2. providing guidance to understand their own impact as business support organisations.

Participants will be introduced to the EVPA five-steps process to measure and manage impact, the Social Value International’s 7 principles and the Impact Management
Project’s 5 dimensions.

The session will be facilitated by Sara Seganti – EVPA Senior Training Manager, and Florian Tuder – EVPA Training Coordinator, and will count on the expertise of Angela Silva, Head of Innovation at MAZE.
